Local tax: prices plus the statutory local tax of Euro 1.35 per person/night. Exception: children under 14 years.

Payment: You can pay with cash up to € 3.000,- and by bank transfer. Since 6 December 2011, according to Legislative Decree No. 201/2011, the cash limit in Italy has not exceeded € 3,000.
Cancellations: Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no travel cancellation right in the sense of the Italian consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to withdraw from the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art.1382 ZGB.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations up to 29 days prior to arrival: 35% of the total price.
- Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date at the latest: 70% of the total price.
- Cancellations less than 6 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price.
If the booked holiday apartment (“no show”) is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation.
Cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out the “Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz” (Red Rooster Cancellation Cover) when booking your stay. This means that the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday untroubled. Further information can be found here.
